What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by model: typically 30-50 units for spray machines and 50-100 units for accessories. Smaller trial orders can be discussed.

Is there a sampling fee?

Yes, we charge a sampling fee which is fully refundable when you place a bulk order. Sample production takes 5-7 working days.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard lead time is 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and customization complexity.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally via sea freight, air freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle all export documentation.
